I work with Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, a gong, harp, ocean drum and chimes. All of my sessions are customized for each individual’s needs utilizing the resonances and vibrations of my instruments for relaxation and healing. Guided meditations and breath work assist in centering the mind during sound healing sessions.

I couple my sound therapy with intention to direct the healing energy which raises the body’s vibrational frequency. The Singing Bowls are placed on or around your body to enhance vibrational healing.
